About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Adult Support Worker to join our team at Home Instead. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication supervision, and light housework.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences, and delivering tailored care and support.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and support.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Own transport, with a valid UK driving license.
  • Live in the Borehamwood, Potters Bar, Hatfield, and Welwyn areas.
  • Available to work alternate weekends.
  • No restrictions on your Right to Work in the UK.
