Job Title: Primary School SENCO

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated SENCO to join our team at Clarus Education Ltd. As a SENCO, you will play a vital role in supporting learners with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to achieve their full potential.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of good or better teaching practice, with a passion for leadership and management. You will be responsible for conducting assessments of learning needs, planning appropriate curriculum provision, and implementing interventions for pupils with SEND.

As a SENCO, you will also be responsible for managing medical needs in a school setting, working closely with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure the best possible outcomes for our students.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
