We are seeking an empathetic and patient individual to support a 23-year-old autistic woman in her daily life, fostering her independence and well-being within her community.

Job Overview

This part-time role involves assisting the individual in developing essential life skills, such as cooking, cleaning, and financial management. You will promote her independence by supporting her in accessing local services and activities, enhancing her quality of life.

Requirements

We are looking for an individual with a passion for helping others, preferably with experience working with individuals with autism or similar conditions.

Working Conditions

This is a part-time position, requiring a commitment of 12 hours per week on Wednesdays and Saturdays. The hourly rate is £11.60, and you will be entitled to paid annual leave and a workplace pension scheme.
