Care Assistants are needed to work with Central Recruitment Services Ltd in various locations across London on an ad hoc basis. As a Care Assistant, you will provide support services to residents in a hostel housing individuals with complex needs.

About the Job

This is a great opportunity to work in a supportive environment and make a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable adults.

The successful candidate will be required to work in various shift patterns, including earlies, lates, waking nights, and sleep-ins. The hourly rate for this role is estimated to be around £14.50-17 per hour, inclusive of holiday pay.

As a Care Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to provide effective day-to-day support services to residents, including those with complex needs.

You must have at least 12 months' paid experience working with vulnerable adults and be able to cope with customers who display challenging behaviour.

Furthermore, you should be able to work flexibly with clients who have a low level of engagement with the service.
