About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Band 7 Senior Clinical Research Nurse to join our team in the Day Case Surgical Ward. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our patients, driving change and innovation, and ensuring quality and safe patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care to patients, ensuring their safety and well-being
  • Drive change and innovation in patient care, improving patient flow and outcomes
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement evidence-based practice, staying up-to-date with the latest research and developments
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures, ensuring they are patient-centered and effective
Person Specification
  • Current NMC registration
  • Professional or clinical qualification relevant to the speciality or evidence of working towards
  • Evidence of study at degree level
  • Minimum of three years' experience of working in day case surgery
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
