Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the management team in the planning and completion of audits for a diverse portfolio of clients.
  • Prepare and review statutory accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients, providing exceptional support and guidance.
  • Deliver a strong commercial awareness, identifying opportunities for fee development.
  • Underpin audit and accounts matters with current legislation and compliance.
  • Delegate work to and mentor an audit team, supporting their learning and development.
  • Set an example for the team as a natural supervisor, demonstrating leadership and expertise.

Requirements:
  • ACA or ACCA qualified or qualified by experience with demonstrable accountancy practice experience.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
