Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversight of kitchen operations to ensure high-quality food production and presentation.
- Menu planning, cost control, and budget management to achieve food costs.
- Recruitment, training, and development of a high-performing team.
- Maintenance of strict controls on food safety and health & safety compliance.
Requirements: The ideal candidate will hold City & Guilds 706/1 | 706/2 Catering, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, as well as Food Safety Level 2 or 3. They should have experience at senior sous chef level or higher and a proven track record of managing a kitchen team within a hotel or hospitality venue. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop high-performing teams are essential.
