Main ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Delivering a comprehensive range of occupational health services, including health surveillance, assessments, and health advice to employees and management.
- Participating in health surveillance programs and conducting assessments to identify potential health risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Providing expert advice and guidance to management on health-related matters, including employee health and well-being.
- Developing and implementing comprehensive client-centered objectives and plans to promote employee health and well-being.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and effective communication.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Significant post-registration experience in occupational health within the NHS.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees, management, and other healthcare professionals.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of occupational health principles and practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of autonomy and flexibility.
- Leadership and management skills, with experience of leading and managing teams.
