Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Health Visitor to join our team in the North Ceredigion area on a permanent basis. As a Health Visitor, you will play a vital role in promoting the health and wellbeing of children and their families.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing the health needs of children and their families, developing and implementing programmes of care to meet these needs, and evaluating the effectiveness of these programmes.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Health Visiting qualification and be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team.
