Adult Social Care Lawyer Opportunity

Venn Group's specialist legal team is currently working with a reputable Local Authority in the Home Counties to recruit a Locum Adult Social Care Lawyer. This role is ideal for a Solicitor or Barrister with prior experience working within Local Government, carrying a full and varied caseload of Adult Social Care matters and Mental Health.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide legal advice to Local Authority clients on complex Adult Social Care and Health matters.
  • Devise Consent orders and 21 A's using CVP and Teams.
  • Attend remote hearings and conduct advocacy.
  • Meet the team and collect IT equipment during an induction.

This opportunity is offered for an initial period of 3 months with a strong likelihood of extension thereafter. The hourly rate for this position is up to £60 per hour, dependent on experience level.
