Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of catering staff to prepare and cook meals for students, ensuring compliance with food safety and health and safety guidelines.
- Develop and implement menu plans, taking into account nutritional standards and dietary requirements.
- Manage stock levels, ordering, and storage of food and equipment, ensuring efficient use of resources.

- Ensure the kitchen and dining areas are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Collaborate with the school's head teacher and other stakeholders to ensure the catering service meets the needs of the students and the school.

- NVQ Level 2 in professional cookery or equivalent.
