At Connells, we're seeking a highly motivated Trainee Estate Agent to join our fantastic residential sales team in Kettering. As a Trainee Estate Agent, you'll embark on an industry-leading development and training program, learning all aspects of the Estate Agency model.

A Quick Look at the Role

In this role, you'll be helping people find their dream home. You'll be trained to generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and agree sales You'll also optimize every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.

Skills and Experience Required to be a Successful Estate Agent

  • Preferably an experienced sales person
  • Outstanding customer care/customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
