About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Estate Agent to join our team at Pattison Lane, part of the Connells Group, in Kettering.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and book valuations for potential clients
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers
- Optimise opportunities to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor

Requirements
- Preferably an experienced sales person
- Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
- Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
- A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
