The Role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Design and Innovation to join our team and help shape the design strategy for our cutting-edge healthcare platform. As the Head of Design and Innovation, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of design, from product design and user experience to branding and visual communication. You will collaborate closely with our cross-functional team, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of usability and create a powerful visual identity that resonates with our users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design vision and strategy for our healthcare platform, ensuring that it meets the needs of our users and aligns with our company's mission and values.
  • Drive the end-to-end design process, from research and concept development to final design delivery, ensuring that our products are intuitive, user-friendly, and meet the highest standards of design excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a consistent and compelling visual identity across all touchpoints, including product, web, and marketing.
  • Advocate for design excellence and user-centric thinking throughout the company, ensuring that design is at the forefront of our product development and decision-making processes.
  • Conduct and utilize user research and data-driven insights to inform design decisions and ensure that our products meet the needs of our users.
  • Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and industry best practices to keep our products innovative and competitive.
  • Present and communicate design concepts and strategies to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring that design is effectively communicated and understood throughout the organization.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in product design, UX/UI design, and visual communication, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills, from concept to execution.
  • Expertise in design tools, including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and webflow, with a deep understanding of user-centred design principles and methodologies.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance short-term needs with long-term vision and goals.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  • A passion for healthcare and a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of healthcare professionals and patients, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
