Job Summary: A skilled Tax Accountant is required to assist with annual tax compliance processes, contribute to tax projects, and enhance visibility across the UK business. Key responsibilities include working with external advisers, supporting audit queries, and maintaining accurate records of filings and payments.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Working with external advisers on corporation tax returns for all entities
  • Supporting tax related audit queries
  • Assisting with integration and onboarding of newly acquired companies
  • Partnering with the business and responding to internal tax and VAT queries
  • Maintaining accurate records of tax filings and payments
  • Reconciling corporate tax charges and withholding tax deductions
  • Ensuring tax-related documentation is organised and accessible
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of tax policies and procedures
  • Supporting tax teams on ad-hoc projects
Requirements:
  • ACA/ACCA and/or CTA qualified with UK corporate tax experience
  • Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills
  • Proficient in Excel and experienced with large data volumes
  • Proactive problem-solving approach
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • High level of integrity and ethical standards
Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum.
