Job Title: Strategy and Reward Manager

At Chiliz, we're building the web3 infrastructure for sports and entertainment. As a Strategy and Reward Manager, you'll play a key role in driving our mission forward.

About the Role

We're looking for a talented individual to join our team and help us supercharge fan experiences using digital assets. As a Strategy and Reward Manager, you'll be responsible for analysing customer data and behaviours to identify opportunities for enhancing loyalty and developing personalised rewards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse customer data and behaviours to identify opportunities for enhancing loyalty and developing personalised rewards.
  • Establish KPIs and metrics to track the effectiveness of loyalty programmes and our rewards, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of customer experience and loyalty initiatives.
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
