Job Title: Senior Manager Process Optimization and Digitization

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead process optimization and digitization initiatives across global accounts. The successful candidate will have a strong background in process improvement, digital transformation, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead process optimization and digitization initiatives across global accounts, working closely with the Group Head of Global Accounts.
  • Develop and implement process improvement methodologies to redesign and automate client-facing processes.
  • Oversee delivery through the project lifecycle, ensuring successful adoption and realization of benefits.
  • Quantify realized benefits to client satisfaction, risk, efficiency, and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with product teams to lead the implementation of optimization and automation projects, ensuring alignment and a consistent approach.
  • Report progress aligned to Aztec Transformation Management Office processes.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to client relationships from proposed changes, developing risk mitigation plans to ensure minimum adverse impact.
Requirements:
  • Minimum five years' experience leading process improvement projects, with a strong background in digital transformation.
  • Fund Administration experience is required, with candidates having extensive Financial Services experience also considered.
  • Demonstrable delivery capability of Lean Six Sigma, Business Analysis, and Automation projects.
  • Strong client relationship and engagement skills, with a consulting background.
  • Proven experience leading change management initiatives and controlling/managing risk.
