Job Title: Senior Manager Process Optimization and Digitization

Join Aztec's Process Optimization and Digitization team as a Senior Manager to drive process improvement and automation initiatives.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead process optimization and digitization initiatives across global accounts. The successful candidate will work closely with the Group Head of Global Accounts to diagnose, identify, and prioritize processes that improve client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a dedicated team to optimize and automate global account processes.
  • Develop and implement the Global Account rapid improvement methodology to redesign and automate processes.
  • Oversee delivery through the project lifecycle, ensuring adoption and quantifying realized benefits.
  • Collaborate with product teams to lead the implementation of optimization and automation projects.
  • Report progress aligned to Aztec Transformation Management Office processes.
Requirements:
  • Minimum five years' experience leading process improvement projects.
  • Fund Administration experience is required, with candidates having extensive Financial Services experience also considered.
  • Demonstrable delivery capability of Lean Six Sigma, Business Analysis, or Automation projects.
  • Strong client relationship and engagement skills, consulting background.
  • Proven experience leading change management initiatives.
