About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated SEN Teacher to join our team at Teach360. As a Specialist SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for providing inspirational, specialist, and highly differentiated lessons to classes with Special Educational Needs at KS3 and KS4.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide accurate and productive assessment to promote good pupil progress and emotional development, including the use of Boxall Profiles each term.
  • Establish a stimulating and well-structured learning environment for students with special educational needs.
  • Ensure that the needs of students in your SEND classes are addressed across the wider school, as well as with their mainstream class teachers.
  • Provide support with numeracy and literacy, as well as deliver a variety of subjects, including Geography, History, Religious Education, and enrichment.
