Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and negotiate lease agreements to maximize revenue and minimize risk.
  • Actively market vacant units to minimize downtime and ensure timely occupancy.
  • Conduct regular rent reviews to ensure fair market rates and maintain accurate portfolio data.
  • Foster strong relationships with tenants, managing agents, and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and success.
  • Collaborate with the wider Galliard Homes team to understand the strategy of each site within the portfolio and identify opportunities for value enhancement.
  • Work with building surveyors to conduct dilapidation surveys and negotiate with tenants to ensure fair compensation for refurbishment works.
  • Identify sites where refurbishments will enhance the value and marketability of a property.
  • Assist the Investment and Acquisitions teams with information and support as needed.
  • Ensure effective communication with tenants and managing agents to maintain a positive and productive working relationship.
  • Review and manage service charge budgets to ensure affordability and realism for each site.
  • Review and sign off business rates across the portfolio to ensure compliance and minimize costs.
  • Assess the usability of our sites and consider planning uses to maximize value.
