Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their commercial mortgage needs.
- Build trust by ensuring compliance with company processes and procedures.
- Manage client expectations and needs by effectively managing your diary.
- Drive customer requirements forward, ensuring timely responses and service levels are met.
- Help clients find the right commercial mortgage products to suit their business needs.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of delivering results for portfolio landlords and complex client needs.
- Experience with BTL market, portfolio landlords, and commercial finance.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in whole of market mortgage broking.
- Strong BTL, HMO knowledge with problem-solving skills.
- Experience of using case management systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent telephone manner for incoming and outgoing calls.
- Experience of using mortgage sourcing systems such as Trigold and proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
Desired Skills:
- Passion for delivering high-quality work for all clients and team members.
- Knowledge of running stress tests on portfolios.
- Keen eye for detail.
- CeMAP Diploma.
- Experience with dealing with high-net-worth clients.
- Experience working alongside Chartered Financial Planners.
