Commercial Mortgage Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Mortgage Advisor to join our team at Artemis Recruitment Consultants Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on commercial mortgage solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their commercial mortgage needs.
  • Provide expert advice on commercial mortgage products and solutions to clients.
  • Manage client expectations and deliver high-quality service to meet their needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and provide the best possible advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of commercial mortgage solutions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in commercial mortgage broking or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial mortgage products and solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to provide expert advice to clients.

Desired Skills:

  • CeMAP Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience with mortgage sourcing systems such as Trigold.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Excel.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial finance and business planning.
