We are seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join our team at William James Recruitment.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading Legal 500 Firm based in Hertfordshire, advising on all aspects of family law and financial matters related to relationship breakdown, divorce, and separation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling divorce, matrimonial finance, cohabitee disputes, private law children cases, pre and post nuptial agreements, separation agreements, and injunctions.
- Working with limited supervision but with full administrative support from Paralegals and a Legal Secretary.
- Business Development and attendance at Networking Events for the firm.
- Professional and effective communication with individual and business contacts.
Requirements:
- A Family Solicitor with at least 5 PQE or equivalent.
- Ability to work to targets, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload.
- Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative.
