Family Lawyer

We are seeking a skilled Family Solicitor or Legal Executive to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in private family law matters, including advocacy, divorce, financial matters, TOLATA disputes, and children disputes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on family law matters, including divorce, financial settlements, and children disputes
• Represent clients in court, including advocacy and litigation
• Manage and conduct family law cases, including TOLATA disputes
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues

Requirements:

• 1-3 years PQE in family law
• Experience in private family law matters
• Strong advocacy and litigation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
