In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of Jaguar Land Rover's success. As part of the Corporate Affairs & Motorsport Chapter, you will play a key role in protecting and promoting the business to internal and external stakeholders. Your expertise will be crucial in developing and delivering high-quality, integrated communications that engage, align, and influence across all stakeholders.

The role requires collaboration with senior stakeholders across Jaguar Land Rover, and you will be responsible for managing the hospitality, ticketing, and guest programme strategy for an international motorsport programme. This includes designing relevant experiential assets to support technical storytelling, both physical and digital, and managing the full budget across all activation elements.

You will also be responsible for curating and delivering luxury experiences for multi-stakeholder audiences, including prospects, partners, suppliers, global media, Jaguar Land Rover executives, and senior leaders. This will involve building relationships with the organising body and various promoters and agencies for the motorsport programme, as well as working with the Partnerships team on contractual partnership obligations.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in event management, stakeholder management, and complex project management. They will also have the ability to travel internationally and domestically, as well as drive. Experience of budget management, including creation of budget costings, estimates, and reconciliations, is also essential.
