**Job Title:** Receptionist and Administrative Support
**Overview:At the Salem Area Chamber of Commerce, we are seeking a skilled Receptionist and Administrative Support to join our team. This is a part-time position that requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a friendly demeanor.
The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, handle client inquiries, and support the administrative team with various tasks. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, scheduling appointments, and providing general administrative support.
**Key Responsibilities:- Client Interactions: Handle client inquiries professionally and ensure an outstanding client experience.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and office activities.
- Supply Chain Management: Order supplies and manage office essentials to ensure a smooth operation.
- Support Services: Provide general administrative support to the team as required.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of £44, along with ongoing training and development opportunities.
