GSL Education - Hampshire is seeking a passionate and dedicated Supply Teacher to join our team in Chichester, West Sussex. As a Supply Teacher, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on student learning and contribute to a supportive community of educators.

About the Role:

This position offers a high level of flexibility, allowing you to choose your assignments and work at your own pace. You will have the opportunity to work with students across different year groups and subjects, developing and implementing engaging lesson plans and promoting student engagement and academic progress.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Establish a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting student engagement and academic progress.
  • Provide individualized support and guidance to students, addressing their unique needs and helping them achieve their academic goals.
  • Collaborate with school staff to ensure seamless transitions and effective communication.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in education or a related field, along with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
  • Prior teaching experience, either as a classroom teacher or as a supply teacher, is highly desirable.
  • A strong understanding of the subject(s) you will be teaching, along with the ability to adapt to different curriculum requirements.
  • Willingness to adapt to different teaching assignments, year groups, and schools as required.

Estimated Salary: £30,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
