As a Supportive Education Professional, you will play a vital role in helping children with special needs develop the skills and education they need for a bright future.

 

About This Role

This is an opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young people and be part of a collaborative and inclusive team. As a Specialist Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide individualized support to students who require additional help.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing support to students with special educational needs, including those with physical, emotional, or learning disabilities.
  • Assisting teachers with lesson planning, preparation, and delivery.
  • Helping students develop their communication, social, and life skills.
  • Maintaining accurate records of student progress and development.

 

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field such as education, psychology, or a related subject.
  • Experience working with children with special needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

 

What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $50,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
