Talent Partner Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Talent Partner to join our Merlin Magic Making (MMM) team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. This role will be based in either London or Poole, providing essential support to our People strategy.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices, with experience in developing and implementing HR/People initiatives. They will assist with change programmes, recruitment, and learning & development as needed, using People data to contribute to forward planning and maintaining accurate data management alongside payroll support.

About the Role:

  • Contribute to forward planning and maintain accurate data management alongside payroll support.
  • Guide managers on employee relations cases, policy application, and absence management.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
