Role Description

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a senior site management position, overseeing multiple projects simultaneously. They will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, enabling them to guide teams and stakeholders effectively.

A strong background in construction management or a related field is essential, along with proficiency in project planning, risk management, and quality control. The ability to adapt to changing circumstances, prioritize tasks efficiently, and maintain accurate records is also crucial.

Salary range: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective project plans, monitoring progress closely.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks, maintaining a proactive approach.
  • Analyze data to optimize project outcomes, improving efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Implement robust quality control measures, guaranteeing high standards.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Engage with stakeholders to provide regular updates and address concerns.
  • Coordinate training sessions to enhance team performance and knowledge.
  • Monitor and report on project finances, identifying opportunities for cost savings.
