Role Description:
Main ResponsibilitiesIn this challenging and rewarding role, you will work closely with our technical team to:
- Support the submission of new and ongoing planning applications.
- Manage document control systems and maintain digital records.
- Coordinate the A-Site and NHBC document portals.
- Review and update development drawings before distributing them to relevant parties.
- Secure, evaluate, and accept utility quotes for construction projects.
- Attend site project and design team meetings, ensuring follow-up actions are completed.
- Develop an individual technical project aligned with ongoing projects and company goals.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Relevant degree (BA Hons/BSc/MSc).
