Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Education and Learning team as a Programmes Development Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering programmes that promote interfaith understanding and cooperation in schools across the West Midlands and London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To develop and implement programmes that address the needs of schools and communities, promoting social cohesion and cultural awareness.
  • To work closely with teachers, schools, and community groups to design and deliver workshops and training sessions that foster interfaith understanding and respect.
  • To establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including schools, community leaders, and other education providers.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Education, Community Development, or a related field.
  • Experience in programme development and delivery, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
