Aerospace Quality Expert

This exciting opportunity involves collaborating with our team to deliver high-quality results on a short-term project in Luton. As a Quality Assurance specialist, you will focus on supporting the preparation and securing agreement on Project Assurance Plans (PAP). This role is ideal for individuals with experience in engineering, quality, or manufacturing, and a strong understanding of AS9100/ISO9001 and continuous improvement methodologies.
Main Objectives:
- Support the team in delivering a compliant product within the agreed timeframe.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Develop and maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with quality tools such as RCFA and PFCLA is beneficial.
- Ability to think critically and provide practical solutions to problems.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Desirable to have prior experience in defence electronics or a similar complex industry.
Compensation Package:
- £36.00 per hour + £49.50 overtime rate.
