Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Unqualified Teaching Assistant to join our team at a fantastic Primary School in Bromley. As a Unqualified Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting children across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, providing general classroom support and working with a range of mild SEN, including Autism, ADHD, and Dyslexia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting children in the classroom, including those with special educational needs
- Providing general classroom support, including preparing materials and resources
- Working with teachers to develop and implement lesson plans
- Assisting with the management of classroom behavior and maintaining a positive learning environment
- Collaborating with other support staff to ensure a cohesive and effective support system
Requirements:
- Must hold a degree from a reputable University
- Clear passion for education and a hunger to learn
- Full commitment to the role
- Good understanding of the Primary curriculum and general knowledge of SEN desirable
- Good academics required: GCSEs and A Levels
What We Offer:
- Competitive daily rate: £105 - £110
- Term-time only, full-time contract
