The Family Business Consulting Group, Inc. (FBCG) is seeking a talented Business Performance Analyst to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business performance, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to enhance business outcomes. This involves leveraging expertise in data analytics to assess business KPIs, evaluate promotional activities, and foster cross-functional relationships to enhance business performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert for Commercial and Marketing stakeholders, utilizing diverse data sources and analytical techniques to support strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis and provide actionable insights on key business KPIs.
  • Understand and use the concept of marketing efficiency to help the team report on marketing channel performance within a trade environment.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders across Marketing, Commercial, Product, and Finance, promoting collaboration and shared goals.
About You:
  • Strong experience in data analytics.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, GA4.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels.
  • Previous experience working as an analyst within Commercial, Finance or Marketing.
  • Creative thinking with a track record of driving adoption of new ideas and concepts, and pioneering new approaches within the team.
  • Experience working on e-commerce businesses or equivalent industries.
  • Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills, more specifically, ability to communicate complex problems and analysis simply with a variety of stakeholders and act as a bridge between technical and non-technical colleagues.
  • Attention to detail in a relatively fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to effectively manage targets and deadlines.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

This role offers a competitive salary of $130,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth and development.
