Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Banyers House in Royston.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the team and managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the team to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality food and drink.
- Assist the management team with the running of shifts and the overall operation of the restaurant.
- Manage guest expectations and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Recruit, train, and develop the team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
- Monitor and control costs to ensure the restaurant operates within budget.
About You:
- You have previous experience as a manager in a service-based environment.
- You are passionate about great food and drink and supplying fantastic customer service.
- You are confident when managing guest expectations and resolving issues.
- You are organised and able to multitask.
