Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day interactions with clients, building strategic relationships and driving business growth.
- Develop and implement account development plans, understanding client business objectives and identifying opportunities for upsell and cross-sell.
- Manage project milestones, billable amounts, and POs, ensuring accurate reflection in the Sales Ledger.
- Brief the Studio on creative and production projects, engaging specialists as needed.
- Utilize digital marketing expertise to identify sales opportunities, write commercial proposals, and drive the sales process to completion.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members, managing their involvement in accounts.
- Drive your own training plan, sharing insights and learnings with the wider team.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Senior Account Manager in a similar-sized agency.
- Proven track record of leading client relationships, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional results.
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to estimate, scope, and present projects.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.
- Ability to understand client needs, objectives, and KPIs, ensuring effective measurement of project success.
