This Cambridge university is seeking a Senior Director of Development, Principal & International Giving to lead a team of 13 and drive complex £10m+ gifts. The successful candidate will co-create a comprehensive fundraising strategy and build strong relationships with senior leaders and academics.

The organisation is embarking on a transformational fundraising campaign, aiming for 9-figure (£100m+) gifts. The role is based in central Cambridge, with a hybrid working model. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience in strategic fundraising. They will be responsible for developing and implementing a fundraising strategy that drives growth and engagement.
