Senior Credit Controller Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Credit Controller to join our team at Duval Associates. As a key member of our credit control team, you will play a crucial role in managing our company's credit accounts and ensuring timely payments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and manage bank statements, logging, and allocating transactions
  • Record new accounts, request credit reports, and send acceptance letters
  • Allocate national accounts, process POD requests, and handle queries
  • Support daily card payment requests from customers and depots
  • Liaise with depots and credit control to resolve account issues
  • Refer accounts of concern to the Group Credit Manager
  • Update the AS400 system to ensure accurate customer accounts
  • Support the department in preparing depot review lists and checking online credit limits
  • Manage and order depot and customer paying-in books
  • Prepare and bank cheques received at head office
  • Send copy invoices via email or post
  • Set up customer accounts for emailed invoices with the IT department
  • Prepare salesman bonuses for approval
  • Send storage and insurance letters to depots
  • Provide general administrative support and reasonable duties
