Illusions Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Illusions Expert to join our team at the Museum of Illusions. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience.

• Facilitate Exhibits: Assist guests in navigating our interactive exhibits and provide expert explanations of our illusions.
• Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver outstanding service to guests of all ages, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Maintain Exhibits: Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of our exhibits, including the Smartshop and outdoor entryway.
• Manage Museum Operations: Monitor museum traffic flow, run the reception area, and perform related tasks.
• Sell Tickets and Merchandise: Sell tickets and museum merchandise to guests, and restock the Smartshop as needed.
• Monitor Smart Playroom: Replace missing parts, change instruction stickers, and perform other tasks to ensure the Smart Playroom is in good working order.
• Provide First Contact Customer Service: Answer guest questions, resolve refunds and discount inquiries, and provide general assistance.

• Proven Work Experience: A minimum of [insert time period] of experience in a related role, such as a Receptionist or Customer Experience Representative.
• Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer-facing roles is highly desirable.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
