VDOT Business Analyst

Cyber Resource is seeking a highly skilled VDOT Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for optimizing processes and improving quality for the design, development, and maintenance of VDOT Software Systems.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with internal staff to identify areas for process improvement and develop strategies to enhance system performance.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and develop technical specifications for system modifications.
- Develop diagrams and visual aids to communicate system modifications to technical staff and executive management.
- Propose alternative solutions that balance cost and benefit, ensuring business and technical compatibility and performance.
- Drive consistent project delivery through the entire project lifecycle, tracking and exporting project metrics and ensuring Agile principles are practiced.
- Utilize technical experience in test planning, storyboard development, wireframe preparation, test planning, and test execution.
- Apply expertise in requirements elicitation, storyboard development, wireframe preparation, test planning, and test execution.
- 5+ years of experience as an Agile Business Analyst with a strong understanding of Scrum concepts and methodologies.
- Well-versed in Scrum and Agile Scaled Agile and Kanban methodologies.
- Technical experience in organizing and maintaining sprint and product backlogs.
- Ability to analyze and document business and system processes.
- Prior State of VA IT Business Analyst experience is highly desired.
