About The Talent Crowd

The Talent Crowd is a leading business advisory firm that has experienced significant growth over the past three years, expanding by over 200 people in that time. As a result, they are now seeking an Internal Communications Manager to play a pivotal role in creating and delivering an engaging and consistent communications strategy and building their employer brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and implement a fresh approach to internal communications, including the development of a new intranet platform.
  • Develop a regular communication schedule to highlight key business areas and keep colleagues informed about company news.
  • Enhance the employer brand by creating effective recruitment support materials.
  • Contribute to the creation and delivery of half-year and annual reports, as well as supporting the business in communicating company-wide messages.

About You

  • You will have a proven track record of managing internal communications for a medium to large business, preferably in the professional services sector.
  • Experience of working with stakeholders to create internal communications plans that align with wider business goals is essential.
  • You will be a collaborative team player, with experience of working across different departments, including HR and Marketing.
  • Flexibility to travel to offices across the UK when required.
