Wake Night Learning Disability Assistant

We are seeking a Wake Night Learning Disability Assistant to join our team at HF Trust. In this role, you will provide support and care to individuals with learning disabilities throughout the night, promoting their independence and well-being.
About the RoleYou will work a variety of shifts to support your work and home life balance, and will be responsible for:
- Providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities
- Supporting daily tasks, such as taking medication and cooking meals
- Helping individuals to build their confidence and take on new adventures
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of individuals throughout the night
We are looking for someone who is compassionate, motivated, and able to work effectively as part of a team. If you are a caring and dedicated individual who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others, we would love to hear from you.
What We Offer- A competitive salary of £13.20 per hour
- Up to 20% bank holiday allowance
- 33 days of annual leave, including eight days statutory bank holidays
