Educational Support Worker

We are seeking two motivated and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join our dynamic team, supporting young people with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs at our well-established special school.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will work closely with experienced teachers and the SENCo to deliver high-quality educational support to pupils who require additional assistance, using ICT to support and advance pupil learning and observing and reporting on progress to relevant staff.
Requirements- Previous experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant or in a similar role.
- A strong educational background and a genuine passion for education.
- GCSE or equivalent qualifications, with at least a Grade C in English and Maths.
A salary of £21,000 is offered for a 38-hour work week.
