About this role

We are looking for a talented Process Improvement Specialist to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our Risk Office, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce risk. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving and has a keen eye for detail.

You will work closely with internal teams to design and implement process programmes, manage projects, and produce regular reporting. If you have experience in process improvement, risk management, or a related field, we would love to hear from you.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce risk
  • Work closely with internal teams to identify and mitigate risks
  • Manage projects to implement identified opportunities
  • Produce regular reporting to stakeholders on process health and progress

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of process improvement principles and practices
  • Experience in risk management or a related field
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and influence others
