Job Description: Dental NurseWe are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Dental Nurse to join our close-knit team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
Your Responsibilities:- Assist dentists during various dental treatments and procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for dental procedures, adhering to strict infection control protocols.
- Provide chairside support, assisting with tasks such as taking radiographs (X-rays) and preparing dental impressions.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update charts, ensuring meticulous documentation of treatments.
- Welcome and reassure patients, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
- Dental Nurse qualification and registration with the General Dental Council (GDC).
- Comprehensive knowledge of dental procedures and treatments.
- Proficiency in dental radiography techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with patients and colleagues.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities, ensuring accurate record-keeping and efficient workflow.
