Field Quality and Compliance Manager

We're seeking a highly skilled Field Quality and Compliance Manager to join our team in North Syracuse, New York. This full-time role offers an estimated annual salary of $130,000.
National Grid is committed to delivering safe and secure energy to homes, communities, and businesses. As a Field Quality and Compliance Manager, you'll be responsible for performing quality assurance and pipeline safety management field assessments of company and contractor personnel.
Job Purpose:You'll ensure construction and maintenance activities are performed in accordance with all applicable Federal and State code requirements, work methods, policies, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- You'll collect, sort, and examine data through field observations, compliance assessments, and quality assessments to support the safe and reliable delivery of gas service to customers.
- You'll identify deficiencies and pipeline safety performance trends or patterns that may impact the quality and safety operations.
- You'll provide recommendations and assist in implementing corrective actions to improve the quality and safety of gas operations performance.
