Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health Advocate to join our team at The London Clinic. As a key member of our Client Relations department, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient experiences and ensuring seamless communication between patients, consultants, and hospital staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Head of Client Relations in administering the Health Concierge and VIP patient pathways, ensuring timely and effective communication with patients and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain robust relationships with patients, consultants, and hospital staff to deliver world-class patient care and experiences.
  • Oversee the day-to-day administration of VIP and Health Concierge services, ensuring quality standards and timescales are met.
  • Provide superior personalized guest services to all Health Concierge and VIP patients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to streamline clinical and non-clinical pathways, ensuring responsive and world-class care is delivered to patients.
Requirements
  • Experience of delivering exceptional customer service in a high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Critical-thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to look at all perspectives and get to the root of issues.
  • Ability to work independently, proactively, and flexibly, with a high degree of autonomy and initiative.
  • Tact and sensitivity when dealing with patients and visitors, with a calm and composed demeanor under pressure.
