Job Type: Temp-to-Perm
We are seeking a skilled FLT Counterbalance Driver Warehouse Operative to join our team in Droitwich. As a FLT Counterbalance Driver Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for handling steel tubes and other materials, ensuring smooth operations and gaining experience to cover for holidays and sickness.
Key Responsibilities:
* Order picking: Using manual pallet trucks to prepare products for dispatch.
* Loading and unloading: Handling steel tubes and other materials.
* Labelling: Generating and applying accurate product labels.
* Stock control: Conducting regular stock inventories to maintain accurate records.
* Compliance: Following strict production paperwork and packing standards.
Requirements:
* Physical fitness: This is a physically demanding role, so you'll need to be fit and capable of handling heavy materials.
* Attention to detail: Strong arithmetic and reading skills are essential to ensure accuracy in picking and packing.
* Independence: The ability to work unsupervised and maintain high standards is key.
