Financial Analyst Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our Commercial Finance team at Sisk Construction Group.

This role can be based in our Dublin Office (Citywest) or our UK office (St Albans).

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare monthly overhead analysis, insights, and trends to inform business decisions
  2. Develop and maintain accurate financial models and forecasts
  3. Assist with the preparation of monthly board packs and financial reports
  4. Conduct supply chain risk analysis and provide recommendations for improvement
  5. Contribute to the annual budget compilation process and financial planning initiatives
  6. Support process improvement initiatives in Finance and contribute to a culture of excellence

Requirements:

  1. Qualifications or part-qualified in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CIMA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent preferred
  2. Previous experience working in a finance and accounting-related discipline
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
  5. Ability to analyze and interpret financial data
  6. Excellent time management and organizational skills

Desirable Skills:

  1. Advanced proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Excel
  2. Experience with data visualization tools like PowerBI
